That’s where this smoothie comes in. It’s an orange bomb, packed with citrus flavours and vitamin C-rich superfoods. It’s also incredibly easy to make: all you’ll need is the ingredients and a blender.
2 oranges, peeled and pith removed1 naartjie, peeled and pith removed1 carrot, peeled and chopped1 cup yoghurt1 cup ice1 cup chopped pineapple
Add all ingredients to a blender. Pulse until combined and smooth. Easy as that!
