EDIBLE MARSHMALLOW PLAY DOUGH RECIPE
450g marshmallows
5 tbsp water
1 tsp vanilla essence
1 tbsp coconut oil
900g icing sugar, sifted
Gel food colouring of your choice
Place the marshmallows and water in a large microwave-safe bowl. Microwave on full power at 30 second intervals until all the marshmallows are melted and the mixture is smooth. Add the vanilla and coconut oil, then gradually add the icing sugar until a soft dough forms (you might not need all of the icing sugar). Knead the dough until smooth, then tint it the desired colour using food colouring.
Tip: Wrap in clingwrap and store in an airtight container when not using. If the play dough becomes hard, simply pop it in the microwave briefly until soft.
