The impact of women in leadership

This International Women’s Day, we unpack how RCS COO Mariné van Brakel saw the impact of women in leadership positions early in her career and has since then believed in the power of diverse leadership.According to PWC’s Women in Work Index 2021, the COVID-19 pandemic has sadly reversed some of the incredible progress made around women in the workforce to 2017 levels in what is known as the ‘shecession’.
