Yes, your RCS Store Card can be used to shop online at participating retailers. If you're a new cardholder, apply here to access your Digicard and start shopping online straight away.

Shopping online itself does not affect your credit score. However, applying for credit may affect your credit score, as the application process can include a credit check. If you use a credit facility, managing your account responsibly and making payments on time could help positively influence your credit profile.

• You can also shop online by accessing you DigiCard in the RCS App

You can get your card balance or instalment information via the following options:

• Checking your monthly statement
• Download  RCS App and get your balance anywhere, anytime
• Log onto our Self Service portal and selecting “Available Credit”
• Dial *120*727*card number*# (use your 19-digit card number) on your mobile phone, at a cost of 20c per enquiry.
• Contact our call centre on 0861 729 727 and follow the prompts

Yes, if you have an approved Mobicred account, you can shop at hundreds of participating online retailers across South Africa. Simply select Mobicred at checkout, log in to your account and complete your purchase.
